  • The season 22 finale of The Bachelor aired Monday March 5th

Minnesota state representative, Drew Christensen, has drafted a bill to ban The Bachelor's Arie Luyendyk Jr. from the state because he's a bad man who does bad things.

Arie Luyendyk Jr. proposed to Becca Kufrin during the first part of the finale - only to take back that proposal and tell her that he was still in love with runner-up Lauren Burnahm and that he wanted to try out a relationship with her.

He and Burnham - to whom Luyendyk proposed on After the Final Rose - are now in the process of setting up house in Scottsdale, Ariz., where Luyendyk lives and planning their wedding. It all worked out for Becca, because she's next season's Bachelorette.

Did former "Bachelorette" star Emily Maynard of Charlotte shade current Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. on Instagram?

Viewers weren't the only people surprised when Arie Luyendyk Jr. dumped the victor of this season's "The Bachelor" to pursue the runner-up. After thee most dramatic Bachelor finale to ever hit the small screen, the couple thought about just escaping the spotlight to say "I do" on a whim. She suspects he broke up with her to clear his way to be on the show. His tweet received more than 12,000 retweets. So the network must have been filled with glee when Arie decided that Becca, who he chose as the victor and proposed to (she said yes), was not the woman for him.

She does however admit she was a bit skeptical after he first reached out to her... while he was still engaged to Becca.

And she's very confident she can find a love like the one she had with Luyendyk again. But she defended Luyendyk, sort of, saying she didn't think he threw her over for Burnham to "maliciously to break my heart". "I think the pressure of this, the pressure of being the bachelor, knowing that there's a timeline, and having to make that decision on that day".

This invite, Christensen instructed the Twittersphere, would take 10,000 retweets.

"I forgive you. The entire situation, it's hard, but you learn from everything, and it just adds to my story", she said. Maynard was the woman of Luyendyk's dreams, according to ABC.

In a real life situation that nearly echoed in this week's finale, Roberson wrote, "He'd often see both of us on the same day". He said Harshman told him, "When you come home, I won't be here".
