Harry's press office declined to comment on Markle's televised interview, which could raise eyebrows because senior royal figures are scrupulously careful not to comment publicly on domestic or worldwide political affairs. But I still like Harry.

On Saturday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped out together for a family wedding. "So that upsets me somewhat".

Thomas also revealed that in their phone calls Harry urged him to give Donald Trump a chance and said that he's open to the idea of Brexit.

Markle missed the royal occasion following a paparazzi scandal and health problems.

Asked if he thought Harry was a Trump supporter, Markle said: "I would hope not now".

He said: "I look forward to coming to London to meet them soon".

"They were disappointed but they both said, 'Take care of yourself, we are anxious about you.' They said that the important thing was that I get better". "I was jealous, I wish it was me but thank god he was there and I thank him for that".

When asked about details of the Brexit conversation, he said: "It was just a loose conversation. Well obviously that all went to hell and I feel bad about it, I apologised for it, and that's all I can do".

Prince Charles walked the duchess down the aisle instead.

Markle said that when they spoke for the very first time, late past year, Harry asked him how we was doing.

"She's wanted children for a long time, yes", he said of the Duchess.

"I can't think of a better replacement than someone like Prince Charles", he told the program.

Just hours after revealing he wouldn't be at the wedding back in May, Thomas was then admitted to hospital for heart surgery, where he reportedly had three stents placed in his blood vessels after suffering a heart attack.

He also spoke about his daughter's desire for children. "I apologise for it".

"Sadly, my father will not be attending our wedding".

He said he wanted to do the interview to show that he is a "normal guy", and that he does not want his daughter or son-in-law "to be hurt" by any of the media attention around him.

Even though the 33 year-old may have opted for her own version of Markle's iconic gown, there's no doubt that the Sweedish royal has a style all of her own.

The proud dad did tease that he expects the couple will announce a pregnancy very shortly. "My daughter is capable of anything and she will be a compliment to the royal family".
